The model follows the plan’s wall positions and relative proportions. Furniture is illustrative; bathroom, laundry, kitchen and fireplace fittings are reconstructed from the symbols.

Interpretation notes

• No scale or elevations are supplied. Wall height is assumed to be 2.7 m; the main house is approximately 13 m wide.
• The rear hall, bedroom door swings and small bathroom entry are faint. Openings follow the visible gaps as closely as possible.
• Bathroom and laundry symbols are interpreted as a basin, shower and WC, plus laundry tub and washer. Hatched bedroom strips are treated as built-in wardrobes.
• Verandah rails, step heights, glazing divisions and finishes are inferred. A roof is omitted so the layout remains visible.
